Unpaid work for Fife man who drove with expired licence and no insurance

A Fife man who admitted driving a car with an expired licence and without insurance has been sentenced to carry out 30 hours of unpaid work.

David Peden, of Nith Street, Dunfermline appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Peden, 42, admitted on November 8, 2019 on Hendry Road, Kirkcaldy he drove a car with an expired licence and without insurance. He also admitted on the same date, same place, he drove a car when no test certificate had been issued within the appropriate period before the date libelled.
