Death of man in Kirkcaldy being treated as murder
The 42-year-old was found unconscious on Tweed Avenue, close to the junction with Lawson Street, around 6.45pm on Saturday (May 28).
He was taken to the Victoria Hospital where he later died.
At a press conference earlier today (Monday) police said it was “too early to say” whether or not the case would be treated as murder, and that they were keeping an “open mind”.
