Resurfacing work on Dunnikier Way started yesterday (Tuesday) and is expected to last until next month.

To carry out the works safely, a temporary traffic restriction will be in place.

This will consist of a one-way traffic system allowing eastbound traffic only between Whyteman’s Brae and St Andrews RC High School, while westbound traffic will be diverted at the roundabout at Overton Road / Asda, via Overton Road, Cairns Street West, Hayfield Road and Whyteman’s Brae.

Bus services will be affected by the traffic restriction, with some bus stops shut off and bus users directed to the next available bus stop.
