Local residents are invited along to an Easter family fun day this Sunday, April 20 at Letham Glen park in Leven.
The event has been organised by Ross Caldwell, of Sophian Events, along with some of his classmates from the HNC Events Management course at Fife College.
And as well as providing lots of fun things for all of the family, the group is hoping to raise as much money as they can for MacMillan Cancer Support too.
“This is shaping up to be one of the biggest events that has ever been staged at the Glen,” said Ross, who has also been involved in staging similar fun days at Silverburn Park.
“We always do one of these events around about this time of year and we’re hoping it will kick off a whole summer of events at Letham Glen.”
On the day there will be something for everyone, no matter their age. It will kick off with some acoustic sets by local musicians and the Rainbow Choir, run by Julie Marshall will also take to the stage.
Throughout the day, a number of local bands will be playing, and the grown ups can enjoy a drink from the bar, which is being provided by The Venue.
There will also be plenty for the kids such as a bouncy castle slide, egg painting for Easter, smoothie machine and donut stand.
And you might even pick up an easter treat from one of 30 craft stalls which will be there on the day.
The event takes place between noon and 6.00 p.m. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
