The applicant for both developments is the trustees of the Elie Estate Trust.

The developer plans to host consultation events for both parts of the developments at Toll Green in Elie.

A first event is planned to take place on March 15, with a second set to take place two weeks later.

The first event would be used to present the ideas for each area, so people can comment.

The second would be used to explain how the comments from the first have been considered.
