Plan to change social club into homes
Developers are seeking permission from Fife Council to change the former Guardbridge Sports & Social Club to form two homes.
The proposal also includes associated parking and external alterations.
An application to build townhouses on the site of Jubilee Hall, on Innerbridge Street, was dismissed in by a Reporter in October 2017, due to concerns about the height, massing and design of the townhouses.
