Fife village residents asked to comment on conservation plans

Residents of one north east Fife village are being urged to share their thoughts on a management plan for their area.

The public are being invited by Fife Council to comment on the appraisal and management plan which has been prepared for the Brunton Conservation Area.

Fife Council’s Economy, Planning and Employability Services has undertaken an appraisal of the special architectural and historic character of the Brunton Conservation Area, in the north east Fife village.

Following this, it has created a management plan for the area’s ongoing protection.

A copy of the draft Brunton Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan is available to download.

The plan can be found on the Fife Direct website at the ‘Conservation Areas in Fife’ service page.

And any comments are asked to be submitted by March 7.
