A Fife woman has become an internet sensation after wowing the crowd when she was taken up on stage by U2 frontman Bono during a concert at the SSE Hydro on Friday night.

Jacqueline Dickson was spotted by the singer during the sellout gig and invited on stage as the band sang ‘Mysterious Ways,’ impressing the singer and the crowd with her dance moves.

Speaking to Fife Today, Jacqueline (32) from Dunfermline, said the whole thing was like a dream.

“It was an absolute dream to be up there.

“The biggest and most amazing band in the world... to share the stage with them was a dream.

“The Scottish crowds are always the best!”

Obviously still on a high, she added: “Just wow.”

After showing off her moves, Jacqueline was given the task of filming the crowd from the stage during the band’s performance of ‘Elevation.’

A video from someone in the crowd has posted on YouTube has already been viewed hundreds of times over the weekend.

A Kirkcaldy man who was at the concert sent us a link to the YouTube video.
