Fire crews tackle large fire at Lochore Meadows

Fire crews are tackling a blaze at Lochore Meadows this evening.

They were called to the area shortly after 7:00pm after a large area of gorse bushes caught fire.

One appliance attended.

Firefighters are tackling a huge blaze at Lochore Meadows in Fife after a large wooded area caught fire.

A spokesman for Scottish Fire and Rescue service said: “There is a large area alight. There is one appliance in attendance.”
