A ST ANDREWS over 50s community group has been thrown a musical lifeline by Fife law firm Murray Donald.
It has funded the acquisition of a second-hand piano for Haydays and has also provided a one-year sponsorship injection of £500.
Haydays runs a variety of classes at the Cosmos Centre, St Andrews, every Tuesday, ranging from singing and salsa to ceramic painting and stained glass making.
Janie Douglas, chair of Haydays said: “We are all working very hard to rebuild Haydays. This generosity will allow us to continue our activities, providing us with the piano which our thriving singing class depends upon.”
