People are being given the chance to discuss a proposal for new affordable housing in Methil.
The plans are for the former council depot on Keir Hardie Street.
A drop-in event for members of the public to view and discuss the housing proposal will take place at Methil Library on Wednesday, September 2 from 4.30pm to 7pm.
The proposal is for 26 affordable homes to be built in the area, with a mix of wheelchair-accessible bungalows and two-storey houses.
Although the development is subject to planning approval and confirmation of available funding, Fife Council’s affordable housing team is keen for local residents to come along to the drop-in event to find out more.
Anyone who isn’t able to make it but wants to discuss the plans can email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Karen Gubby on 03451 55 55 55 (extension) 444558.
The plans will also be available for anyone with computer access to view online from September 2 at www.fifedirect.org.uk/newbuild for those who cannot attend the event.
