Huge delays for drivers as A92 closed at Lochgelly due to vehicle fire

Drivers have been warned to find an alternative route as the A92 is closed due to a vehicle fire.

The road is currently closed in both directions at the Lochgelly Interchange.

This follows a collision between two articulated lorries, which are now on fire.

As a result the east and westbound carriageways are closed.

Scottish Fire and Rescue confirmed they were in attendance at the incident.

No one has been injured, however the public are advised to use alternative routes while emergency services are in attendance.
