Leuchars Military Wives Choir is holding an Open Night next week, to which all women with a military connection are welcome.

On Monday, January 30 from 6.30pm, at Leuchars Community Centre, Leuchars Military Wives Choir is holding an Open Night for prospective members. All women with a military connection who love to sing are invited to come along to meet the choir members and hear some music.

There will be tea, coffee and nibbles served, and all children are welcome to join in the fun.“The choir is a very welcoming community,” says choir secretary Rebecca Ferguson-Grant. “As a woman with a husband in the Army, being part of the choir has really helped me to make friends.

"We all go through tough times and unusual experiences, but my choir sisters have supported me through everything. At our Open Nights, there is no need to sing; just come along and meet us.”Leuchars Military Wives Choir is open to wives, partners, mothers, sisters and daughters of serving British personnel and reservists. It is also open to the wives and partners of veterans, and retired and serving female personnel.
