Lexus unveils driveable ‘origami car’
If your attempts at origami have amounted to little more than a paper boat, you can’t fail to be impressed by this effort from Lexus.
A lunchtime chat in the factory led to an ambitious project to built a full-scale replica of the luxury car from precision-cut cardboard.
The results were unveiled at Toyota’s headquarters in Surrey and, although the vehicle may be more fragile than the original, it is still driveable ... with care!
