Looking Back: Choir competition winners, 1961

The photo was taken of the girls, aged 12-15, from Mitchell Street Secondary School in Leven after they competed in a school choir competition at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh in 1961 and won a trophy.

In the centre is their music teacher Mrs Graham.

A Lidl store currently stands on the site of the old school.
