Today’s proceedings were to make sure that all procedural aspects had been complied with and that both parties were ready to proceed to a hearing. No decision was taken today on the merits or otherwise of the appeal.”
Earlier this month Fife Council confirmed its commitment to the new school at Pipeland and gave assurances that work would start as soon as possible after legal arguments are settled.
