Man arrested for damage at St Andrews R&A
Police in St Andrews have arrested and charged a man after damage was caused to windows at the Royal and Ancient Golf Club.
The 39-year-old man was arrested following the incident yesterday (Sunday, August 7).
The incident happened around 7pm when two windows were smashed at the Club House and on South Street.
The man has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal and will appear in court at a later date.
