A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act after police recovered a large quantity of Amphetamine in Kirkcaldy.
Officers searched an address in the town on Monday evening, where approximately 6kg of amphetamine was recovered with an estimated street value of £60,000 along with various other items of drug paraphernalia.
The man is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Detective Chief Inspector Kenny Gray said: “This was a significant seizure of controlled drugs that was destined for our streets and shows the commitment of Police Scotland to actively pursuing those suspected of supplying controlled drugs.
