Man charged over cyclist's death in Kirkcaldy
A man has been charged in connection with the death of a cyclist in Kirkcaldy last year.
Gary Christie, from Cupar, was cycling on Carberry Road when he was struck by a Vauxhall Corsa on November 1
The 38-year-old passed away at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh on 13 days later.
Now police have confirmed a man has been charged.
The 54-year old faces a charge of causing death by dangerous driving following the fatal collision.
He is expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on April 13.
