Man charged over release of buffalo in Fife

A man has been charged after a number of horses and buffalo were released from their enclosures at a farm in Kirkcaldy.

The 21-year-old will now be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

The incident happened on March 4.

Eighteen gates at Buffalo Farm were opened, with five horses at Shawsmill Stables also released in the early hours of Sunday morning.
