Gordon Graham died after a fire broke out at his home at 74 High Street on May 3, 1998. Grampian Police, the police body at the time, ruled it as an accident.

However, the case was reopened 11 years later in 2009.

Police Scotland confirmed yesterday that a 41-year-old had been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal fire.
