Three men are to stand trial accused of making 'sexual comments' at two schoolgirls on a bus in Fife.

Andrew Gunn, George Stewart and William Williamson are alleged to have “behaved in a threatening and abusive manner” towards the two 15-year-olds during a bus journey between Anstruther and Leven on April 24 last year.

It is alleged they shouted, swore and made “inappropriate sexual comments” towards the girls, both then aged 15, on the bus.

Gunn (38), of Leven Road, Windygates; Stewart (32), of Perth, and Williamson (29), of Lochside Cottages, Falkirk, denied a charge of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday.

The case was continued to a trial date next month.
