More arrests made as part of Levenmouth drugs operation

Two people have been arrested, and two more reported, as part of Police Scotland’s Operation Dylan in Levenmouth.

On Tuesday, February 4 specialist officers from Levenmouth executed a search warrant at an address in Byron Street, Methil.

A quantity of drugs and cash were recovered.

A 48 year old male, and 50 year old female from the Methil area are being reported for offences relating to the supply of illegal drugs.

Two additional males were also brought into custody as part of the operation in respect of outstanding arrest warrants.

Sergeant Neil Johnston stated: “This forms part of the ongoing process to deal with drug dealers in Levenmouth. Operation Dylan will continue to provide reassurance to residents as we identify and target those involved in dealing drugs.”
