St Andrews Preservation Trusts’s summer exhibition ‘Furs, feathers, frills & florals: four decades of fashion: 1919-1959’ will now open on June 6.

The stylish exhibition will look at fashion in the first half of the 20th century, displaying a range of ladies and gentlemen’s outfits for day, evening and sports.

The clothes will reflect the experience of the country during those four tumultuous decades – from flappers to utility wear.

The exhibition is open daily until October 4.
