Had a wander up to St Andrews at the weekend.

The Dunhill was in full flight and since it’s now free – apart from the final day – it’s a good excuse to stroll around the Old Course.

I doubt he’d be slapping them on the backs ... but, hey Donald, it’s just banter, right?

Let’s hope America wakes up before it really is too late.

Looks like I’ve lost my favourite take-away.

The Lucky Star at the east end of the High Street appears to have closed, and the sign has been spray-painted out.

Shame – the food was ace!

It’s been my go-to place for a few years now, so I’ll have to find somewhere else.

Any recommendations for the best sweet and sour in town?
