A 60-year old woman is due to appear in court in connection with an incident in Burntisland.

Emergency services attended in Ferguson Place in the town on Tuesday evening.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a domestic disturbance on Ferguson Place, Burntisland at around 9:00pm on Tuesday.

“Emergency services attended, and a man was taken to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy with minor injuries.

“A 60-year-old woman was arrested in connection and will appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Wednesday.”
