Campaigners plan second protest at Mossmorran
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
It takes place on Saturday from midday.
The socially distanced protest will be the second to be held outside Fife Ethlyene Plant.
Organisers have called on councillors to stand with them.


A letter to them also urged them to action a motion which they passed last year which said the council would press the Scottish Government to commission an independent expert study of the environmental, social and health impacts on the surrounding communities of the operations of Shell’s Fife NGL Plant and Fife Ethylene Plant.

Hide AdOrganisers said: “The passed motion is still outstanding with much work to be completed to honour the wishes of residents and councillors.”
Last weekend’s demo was attended by Councillor David Ross, co-leader of Fife Council.
Organisers said the demo was “a historic moment for the fence line communities as it has been the first time ever residents have undertaken direct action at the plant.”
