Organisers said: “The passed motion is still outstanding with much work to be completed to honour the wishes of residents and councillors.”

Last weekend’s demo was attended by Councillor David Ross, co-leader of Fife Council.

Organisers said the demo was “a historic moment for the fence line communities as it has been the first time ever residents have undertaken direct action at the plant.”
