Fife Migrants Forum secures extension for EU Settlement Scheme

The Home Office has contracted Fife Migrants Forum (FMF) to ensure the region’s remaining EU citizens apply for settled, or pre-settled, status in the wake of Brexit.

Kevin Foster, Immigration Minister heard a presentation from Justyna Majewska, forum manager, and congratulated the group on the strength of its proposal to the Home Office.

This will ensure that the forum can continue working to process the EU citizens living across the Kingdom as it has done since the Government’s EU Settled Status was initiated in March last year.
