Fife restaurant launches Thanksgiving three-course dinner kits

This year Thanksgiving, normally one of the biggest holidays in the US, falls on Thursday, and the team at The Adamson in St Andrews have created a scrumptious dinner kit that can be delivered direct to your door.

The celebratory menu includes roast pumpkin soup with herb croutons and chestnuts; roast turkey roulade with duck fat roast potatoes, roast carrots, parsnips, brussel sprouts, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy; and pecan pie served with whipped vanilla cream.

The menu is priced at £25 per person.

Bartenders at The Adamson have also introduced new cocktail kits for home delivery, and, in celebration of Thanksgiving, customers can enjoy a pumpkin spiced daiquiri - havana 7 spice rum, pumpkin spiced syrup, orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon. Priced from £6 per cocktail and available now from the restaurant’s new online shop.
