Fife students given a coffee masterclass as part of ‘Virtual Food Festival’
Fife College Culinary Arts students have been given a barista masterclass as part of the College’s ‘Virtual Food Festival’.
The masterclass was delivered by Aramark, one of the UK’s leading catering providers who provide catering services across multiple campuses to support the students and staff at the college.
Students took part in an online demonstration by Aramark, who run Costa franchise stores, including some in the College’s campuses.
Fraser Adam, group manager at Aramark, said: "It’s always a pleasure to work with the hospitality students at Fife College, who bring an incredible enthusiasm and passion to the session.”
Barry Scott, academic and quality lead at Fife College, said: “We are really thankful to Fraser and all of our other food and drink experts who have taken time to work with our students recently.
“The masterclasses have been a great way to do that, and I want to say a big thank you to all of our partners who made them possible."
