“We mostly help young people, lone parents, people with convictions and people with disabilities to find work and if we cannot help them we can sign post them to the relevant service that can.

"During the pandemic we have reached a wide range of people who have fallen from employment and have helped numerous people back in to work.”

Lee adds that with the power of social media Triage is able to support more people than ever.

"The majority of people find us through social media,” she added. "I had one gentleman contact me through social media half an hour after he was made redundant.

“When someone joins the programme they are invited to a welcome session and then they will be assigned a key worker who will then guide them through different tasks and courses. These course cover things like confidence building, interview skills and CV writing.

“It is not a strict programme, and we offer an individual support package catered to suit the individual person.
