Sharon NicAoidh completed a sponsored 27-hour knit last Friday, completing 47 hats for premature babies born at Victoria Hospital and raising over £200 for Cowdenbeath Christian group, The Clearing.

Sharon, a part-time history student, wanted to do something special for the group after they helped her when she suffered a health scare.

Sharon picked up her needles in May after learning how to knit and crochet from YouTube videos during the first months of lockdown.
