Five-star St Andrews hotel offers luxury culinary experience in your own home

The luxury hotel is offering its Fairmont afternoon tea for two, which features, delicious finger sandwiches, homemade scones, a selection of delicate pastries and cakes, all in its own tiered recyclable cake stand.⁠

Specially selected items from the Fairmont’s flagship restaurant, St Andrews Bar and Grill, are also included giving diners the option of a three course meal to be delivered to their doorstep to be enjoyed at home.

The hotel’s executive pastry chef has created three reimagined classic cakes, from Victoria sponge, chocolate crunchy cake and a New York cheesecake.

Collection from the hotel and delivery to the town of St Andrews is available.

Orders can be placed daily between 9am – 2pm for next day delivery to St Andrews, or alternatively, cakes and afternoon tea can be collected from the hotel.

John Keating, general manager of the Fairmont said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our local community a taste of our classics from Fairmont St Andrews.

"St Andrews is our home and we want to champion the local produce that is still available in Fifes larder. We hope with the addition of our afternoon tea for two, that our offering will bring joy to those who are in need of a treat.”
