How to get your street's grit bin refilled

Fife Council provides grit bins to assist the people living on minor housing estate roads and footpaths which are not on Primary Routes or Priority 1 and 2 footways.

Bins are also provided at known trouble spots, including steep gradients and sharp bends.

If they are empty, residents can request a refill online or call 03451 550011.

All requests are actioned normally within five working days.
