In pictures: Kirkcaldy's Race for Life in recent years

However the Covid-19 pandemic saw the charity postpone the event to a date in October, before cancelling it completely for 2020 just a few weeks ago.

The huge fundraiser would have seen participants complete either a 5k, 10k or the pretty muddy obstacle course in the town’s Beveridge Park to raise cash for the cancer charity.
