The two companies, that are based in Denburn Road Kirkcaldy, specialise in distributing catering equipment, ingredients and supplies such as chocolate fountains, chocolate, crepe and waffle equipment as well as being a major popcorn supplier to Asda, Morrisons and Tesco.

David Archer, managing director, recently became aware that the Cottage Centre had opened a new family support centre in Kirkcaldy’s St Clair Street and wanted to help the charity with its appeal.

He said: “I’d heard of the amazing work the Cottage Centre do and realised that we’re located in an area with many families who are perhaps utilising the much need support the new centre offers.

"This Christmas is going to be an especially tough time for many therefore myself and my wife, Cathryn, decided that we would love to help the new centre, which in turn would help the families around us, especially as Cathryn knows someone personally who has received incredible support from The Cottage Centre.

"Sephra and CFW have been fortunate to continue to work throughout this pandemic, although in the first few months it was very tough with some staff on furlough.

"We are now back to full strength with some staff working from home and some back in the office and warehouse.
