May's Big Sleep Out tasks participants with sleeping outdoors, either at the church’s Hope Campus, in their own garden, or in their living room this Saturday and Sunday.

All funds raised will go towards a washroom and shower facilities at the campus as well as clothes, food, and sleeping bags for homeless people.

The event is the brainchild of Pastor, Minhaj Jolly who returned to Fife after working in Manchester.

He said: “We have organised the sleep out so other people can get a feel of what it is like to be homeless and to try to raise some awareness of what people face.”

Anyone who wants to take part is asked to provide a registration fee of £18 for adults, £8 for children, and £38 for teams of four.
