Kirkcaldy Rotarians step out on Fife Coastal Path for walking fundraiser

Three members of the Rotary Club of Kirkcaldy have been walking Fife Coastal Path to raise funds for their club.

Bill Stewart, Caroline King and Mark Rossiter completed the walk recently taking seven days to finish the task and averaging almost 20 miles a day.

Funds were raised through a Just Giving page, and directly to the club.

To date over £5000 has been generously donated and all monies will be put to good use supporting charities in Kirkcaldy.

The club's Just Giving page is still open and donations can be made to Caroline King's Rotary Ramblers page.

Next year the club celebrates 100 years of friendship and supporting charities in their community.

The Rotary Club of Kirkcaldy was established in 1921 and was granted its charter in 1922. Its members are committed to the local area and helping and supporting many groups and organisations in the members’ own community.
