Kirkcaldy’s litter champions clean up in Hendry Road

A new litter group in Kirkcaldy staged another successful cleanup at the weekend.

Peter Docherty (31) and Sean Fairfull (28) from the Keep Kirkcaldy Tidy group were joined by one of the Fife Street Champions, David Spence, at the Hendry Road clean up two weeks ago.

Twelve bags of litter and other rubbish, including 28 face masks, were filled in less than four hours.

They worked from Dunnikier Way down to Valley Gardens roundabout.
