The move comes as the trust launches its own app to make it easier for customers to book activities and timeslots as part of the new Covid health and safety measures, in addition to helping customers keep track of their health and wellbeing goals in or out of its leisure centres.
The trust has seen a positive reaction from customers following the re-opening of its centres, with customer surveys showing that 99 per cent of those who have visited facilities are satisfied that on arrival there are adequate social distancing and health and safety measures in place, 97 per cent are happy with the protocols for their chosen activity and 100 per cent report that staff are helpful and well-informed about the new Covid measures.
Emma Walker, chief executive of Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, said: “We’ve had a fantastic reaction from customers following the re-opening of our facilities – feedback has shown that users are confident in the health and safety measures that are in place and that guidelines are easy to follow.
