Morrisons is expanding its click & collect service to help families during the January lockdown.

The supermarket has stores in Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, St Andrews and Cowdenbeath.

It allows customers to complete a order online and then collect from the store, without an additional delivery charge - and contact-fre -, at a time that suits them best.

The project has been rolled out across a number of stores, and will now feature in them all as a response to the current pandemic restrictions.

Miles Foster, online operations director said: "We are doing everything we can to increase the amount of home delivery slots available but we recognise that the slots get snapped up quickly in lockdown.

“Click & Collect is an excellent alternative and is proving really popular with customers.
