Rubbish dumped on an industrial scale across former factory site

It sits hidden from view – out of sight, out of mind.

Now traders on Mitchelston Industrial Estate, in Kirkcaldy, have called for a major clean-up after fly-tippers turned former factory land into a huge dump.

It has been a problem for some time, but, the scale of the rubbish being dumped has escalated after the security fences were torn town.

The Fife Free Press visited the site in Myregormie Place to see first hand the shocking extent of the problem.
