Kingdom Housing Association wants to build the new development in the Inner Court area of Cupar, in between Crossgate and Bonnygate.

The site has been derelict for years and the buildings have fallen into a state of disrepair.

The proposal states: “A partnership of public, private and third sector stakeholders (Kingdom Housing Association in association with Fife Council and Cupar Development Trust) have come together to support this project to redevelop a significant area of brownfield land at the heart of Cupar, Fife.

"The size of this project creates the opportunity to make a significant difference in reversing the process of decay and will help define a new future for the town centre.”

Last year, Fife Council gave developers permission to demolish bakery buildings, a detached outbuilding, and an industrial workshop, all of which are derelict, as well as the boundary walls.
