Plans for new swimming pool in Fife

The pool would be built at the Northbank Luxury Lodge Development.

Plans have been submitted to create a new swimming pool at a Fife holiday park.

Proposals have been put forward to extend the hub building at the Northbank Luxury Lodge Development at Lathockar, near St Andrews, to create room for the pool.

The existing hub building includes a restaurant and bar, reception, gym facilities, sauna and steam rooms, convenience store and hair and nail services, and the applicants hope to enhance the facilities available to its visitors with the pool.
