Queues backed up as Kirkcaldy KFC reopens

The retail park outlet reopened on Friday for drive-thru and delivery customers, with a rush by the Colonel’s fans meaning staff have had to improvise.

the demand has been so great that KFC have had to arrange a longer queue into Frankie and Bennie’s car park next door.

A KFC spokesperson said: “We’re continuing to reopen restaurants across the UK on a case by case basis to make sure we’re doing it responsibly.

“We’re back at the fryers at KFC Kirkcaldy and open for delivery and drive-thru.”
