Remembrance Sunday: Kirkcaldy community centre appealing for handmade poppy donations

A Kirkcaldy community centre is appealing for locals to hand in handmade poppies or pictures to mark Remembrance Sunday.

The Linton Lane Centre is looking for the poppies to mark the 75th anniversary of the Second World War along with £1 donation to the Poppy Appeal.

The handmade poppies will be made into a wreath and laid in the Kirkcaldy War Memorial Gardens. The other contributions will be displayed in the Linton Lane Centre.
