Scottish charity to offer free disability training to employers in Fife

Enable Works is offering free disability training to employers to promote inclusive workplaces.

The charity is one of the largest and most successful employment support teams in Scotland – with a highly qualified and experienced team delivering specialist employment support across 22 local areas of Scotland.

The free training sessions that promotes inclusiveness in the workplace continues to the end of the month.

Funded through Public Social Partnership’s the training aims to support people with a range of disabilities in the workplace.

Joseph Mountford-Smith, supported employment coordinator with Enable Works, said: “We have had a lot of employers from across the public, private, and voluntary sectors sign up for the training.”

The training sessions will cover a broad spectrum of disabilities, and on how best employers can support their employees with any issues that they may have.
