We were given a tour of the huge new hub which occupies the former M&S store on Kirkcaldy’s High Street.

It has been set up to handle thousands of vaccinations, starting next month – and will be the biggest of four new mass centres across the region.

The airport-style lay out makes full use of the entire floorspace once occupied by the retail giant, and can accommodate up to 30 vaccination bays.
