Mr Mitchell vowed to go through the rubbish to find out who the culprit is and sent them this message: “We will catch you and do not be surprised when I turn up with a lorry load of buffalo dung and put it in your shop because I am absolutely raging. It is so unnecessary.”
The local farmer posted a video on The Buffalo Farm’s Facebook page and expressed his anger at the person or persons who did the fly-tipping.

"A message to these people: “We will catch you and do not be surprised when I turn up with a lorry-load of buffalo dung and put it in your shop because I am absolutely raging.
"I am not going to bother with the police or with the council I am bringing a load of buffalo dung and I will put it in your shop. It is so unnecessary.”
He continued: “I want to thank Fife Council because we put this post up last week when we had a similar situation and it looks like it is the same culprit, judging by the rubbish and the council were brilliant. They were very pro-active and offered a lot of support.
"There is a wee surprise coming for those who did this.

Speaking afterwards he said: "The rubbish left was a mixture of paper, out of date bread, butter and other stuff – identical to what had been dumped a fortnight ago.”
Despite this incident, Mr Mitchell wanted to praise those he has seen picking up litter when they have been out walking.
He added: “I take my hat off to them, but we need to get to the root of the problem and let people know they shouldn’t just expect someone else to pick up their rubbish.”
