It is four years since Fife College closed the campus as part of a review of its estates.

Put up for sale by Shepherd, Chartered surveyor, it was acquired by an un-named London developer for an undisclosed sum.

The company which bought the 7.65-acre campus was Nairn Holdings which dealt in real estate.

It was registered to an address in Pembroke Road, London.

The same day, the plot was split into two and sold to Panada Limited, which took over the bottom half consisting of the Nairn Building and the business units opposite the harbour, and Priory Park Estate Limited which took the top half.

Panada Ltd is based in the Seychelles, and describes itself as a global equity real estate investor.

It says it will buy property from a single house to an entire industrial estate, and can provide capital, finance, consultancy, investor sales contacts and additional support.

But it only has one property publicly listed - the Priory Campus in Kirkcaldy, 5300 miles from the Seychelles.

The company’s website actually showcases the college’s former Nairn campus at Kirkcaldy harbour across its home page.

No directors are listed, and no personnel profiled. Links to the company’s Facebook and Twitter accounts are dead. The only information is an address - Suite 9, Ansuya Estate, Revolution Avenue in Mahe, Seychelles.
